My problem with cancelling student debt is that it doesn’t fix the fundamental problem which is high-cost for higher education. If you’re talking about cancelling debt without also talking about regulating what can be charged, I’m not interested.

Standard Democrat. No human rights (UN's UDHR) to food and shelter for those left jobless, but we're OK with access to higher ed and health care for those who can afford it...

We need to cut federal taxes in half so the people would have more money to spend as they need. The last thing we need is a government dolling out money as they see fit. We're NOT a mob-rule Democracy. We are a Republic of states with a very limited federal government.
