When the Covid emergency officially ends this week, 15 million people will be thrown off Medicaid and 30 million will lose SNAP benefits. I'm willing to bet that most of the people making excuses for all those "qualified" people who decided to end the emergency 1) have decent healthcare, 2) are not hungry, and 3) have never had a hunger child. nytimes.com/2023/02/28/us/po…

45 million Americans want to know your stance on returning bankruptcy protections to student loan borrowers. You may actually have my vote depending on your response. And a hell of a lot more. #CancelALLStudentDebtNOW

The entire loan debt should be eradicated, but to the extent that it exists there should absolutely be bankruptcy protections. We should be supporting the dreams of our youth, not thwarting them .

You notice the call for #debtforgiveness only came *after* the banks raised tuitions to exorbitant, impossible levels. The banks will all get paid. This is not "debt forgiveness" this is a free money strategy. A bank scam. A transfer of wealth through subsidy, committed by the banks, moving money from public coffers into private hands. And their trolls are using social media to promote this scam.

I want my gambling debt eradicated. I shouldn’t be punished for my bad choices.

That one issue could get you the better part of 45-47M borrowers overwhelmed by this predatory lending system @POTUS @SecCardona we aren’t playing, we aren’t paying . Paid 4X what was borrowed & after 30 years a $17.5k loan has become $100k + #StudentPaydayLoans @CosmOOOOOw

What is the best way to go about getting bankruptcy protection restored to student loans? We also need to restore statute of limitations on collections so they can’t keep collecting on old defaulted loans. Also it shouldn’t be legal to garnish seniors social security checks

That is a Bailout for the conglomerate of corrupted institutions of "higher education"
