Gerrymandering used to be against the law. As prez, would you fight to make it unlawful again?

You just described society as a whole. The will of the minority prevails, or tries to, over the will of the majority.

If a Liberal flips a Conservative Seat on Tuesday - a New Majority would have the Power to Draw Fair Maps - and Renew Democrat Prospects in - THE KEY BATTLEGROUND STATE - of WISCONSIN

What do you call a democracy without choice? Most elections in the country are safe seats that guarantee incumbents on mass almost always win. When 2 dominant players are around each other long enough, they eventually figure out that a power-sharing agreement is in both their interests to make sure they will always be the only 2. That’s why there is bipartisan gerrymandering. @representus

There's a large grey area between gerrymandering and natural disproportionalities, and proportionality and competitiveness are in tension. The real solution to our districting problems is pass the #FairRepresentationAct and allow #proportionalrepresentation.
