The real danger to democracy is when it gets bigger than a city-state. Then the 1% drowns out the rest. America doesn't have democracy and never will have democracy, as long as what is decided in one small county applies to another. So, let's not pretend like this is fixable.

Simple solutions like getting rid of gerrymandering, the electoral college, and primaries going one state at a time, etc…. Tip of the ice berg, would make huge positive results… further, dont let bills tack onto other bills, dont let something be tacked onto page 575 of 800
