When the Covid emergency officially ends this week, 15 million people will be thrown off Medicaid and 30 million will lose SNAP benefits. I'm willing to bet that most of the people making excuses for all those "qualified" people who decided to end the emergency 1) have decent healthcare, 2) are not hungry, and 3) have never had a hunger child. nytimes.com/2023/02/28/us/po…

I will take the emergency being over in exchange for losing Medicaid. It's time.

I'm on disability and I was never approved for snap. I survived, so can they. I've had to risk my disability benefits to go into ticket to work program and reopen my recruiting business to survive. I'm 85% deaf with an incurable inner ear disease. They need to WORK

Are we sure it isn't that the big pharma checks stop rolling in?

Obviously, we should extend the covid emergency, people should be granted emergency benefits indefinitely after an emergency ends.

The same emergency that government officials used to do things they wouldn't normally be allowed to do? Yeah, it needs to end.

I had shitty insurance back in the day when I was broke , then Obama care when into action , you have no idea how great it felt for me to lose the little insurance I had so that others could get instead, BTW it's hilarious that you a rich white lady is talking down to us
