It is one of the benefits that our military provides. Assembling thousands of young Americans and providing extensive training on highly technical systems. The taxpayer is simply looking to maximize value. Maximizing value is getting a product thats usable in their next venture.

The bottom line questions: Is there enough wealth in the world to give everyone decent living conditions? If yes, is this wealth actually distributed so as to achieve the above? If no, is that situation fair? Socialists answer Yes,no,no. Capitalists:Yes,no,yes.
