Trump gets indicted; Trump doesn’t get indicted. Either way 68,000 people still die each year because they don’t have healthcare; 18 million Americans cannot afford to fulfill the prescription their doctors give them; and one in four Americans live with medical debt. We really need to keep our eye on the ball. It isn’t political power games that matter most; it’s human suffering that matters most.

I can’t speak for everyone else but all of these issues are important to me.

Of course, they’re all important. But one sucks up all the media attention, and the other one is practically ignored.

Government failure in one area does not negate the value and importance of its work in another area. Both the rule of law AND the welfare of our citizens are public service.

I don’t know about you, but I think it’s important that people in a democracy see that even presidents are subject to the law. Your poo-pooing of the news makes it appear that you don’t care about rule of law issues. Not a great position for a presidential candidate to take.

That’s our human capacity. We can literally take care of all of the issues we’re presented by mere basis of decision.
If you want to be POTUS, you should probably think about how to improve thinking about more than one thing at any given time. Or maybe that job really isn't for you.
