Because this is how the system works. There is no real respect for democracy here, no real respect for the will of the people or the right of the people to participate fully in the process. There is only an intent to perpetuate the system as it is - a little better here, a little better there - but never to be fundamentally altered.

A better way to look at this is: “66% Dems don’t choose Biden.” Why list bunch of ppl not running? Why not just list Biden & Marianne Williamson? And if u must list all, if 2/3 didn’t pick Joe, isn’t head2head data w/Biden much more useful? This poll is ignorant.

Maryanne I have been a student of yours for years (thank you!) and I voted for you in the primary last race. I don’t see how this broken world is going to wake up and be ready for the kind changes we need but I have hope. Thanks for being so strong

Biden needs to acquiesce to a primary debate series against you and anyone else who runs. He doesn't get to be coronated - no incumbent should. If nothing else, I'd have a bit more respect for him for having enough respect for democracy to give you a debate.
