Because this is how the system works. There is no real respect for democracy here, no real respect for the will of the people or the right of the people to participate fully in the process. There is only an intent to perpetuate the system as it is - a little better here, a little better there - but never to be fundamentally altered.

A better way to look at this is: “66% Dems don’t choose Biden.” Why list bunch of ppl not running? Why not just list Biden & Marianne Williamson? And if u must list all, if 2/3 didn’t pick Joe, isn’t head2head data w/Biden much more useful? This poll is ignorant.

The other part, we need easy to understand voting like "Approval Voting". Allow more than one choice. "Would you allow this man/woman to be elected? Yes or No." More difficult is... "Of the 2 or more you would accept, what is your order of choice?"

Marianne, I support what you stand for, except that I can’t imagine that the federal government is going to make most of it happen. Laws can try to force things, but history has shown that law must follow culture, it cannot lead it. The real healing must be among the people.

The only way to end rule by the wealthy class is to end the wealthy class. Otherwise they will continue to buy influence. If you really want true DEMOCRACY, you'll have to end capitalism. If you're HONEST, you have to choose between those.
