That’s like saying if you want traffic laws, you are an enemy of driving. That’s it. That’s the tweet.
If you want to ban AR-15s, you are an enemy of the Second Amendment. That’s it. That’s the tweet.

He said "ban" that you all keep running your on, and ranting about books, rather come up with a good & balanced red flag data base, achieved when one sees Psychologist for one, even suicide Hotlines, maybe know who is all living at the address of an applicant for firearm, etc..

So, don’t ban AR-15s, then! You need a special license to drive a truck or a bus (a CDL) because they’re more dangerous than an ordinary car. Trying to ban anything is bound to fail and risks backlash. Instead, work for common sense licensing, just as we have now for vehicles.

No, that is not the tweet. Nashville police said that 2 schools were being considered on Monday, by the shooter. She chose against the one with better security. Higher security saved lives at that other school. We need to find out what higher security measures save lives.

Traffic laws don't restrict you from a Constitutional right. @NRA

Wrong: Nowhere in the constitution does it mention traffic laws.

The reverse is also true. If you think cars are the problem, you’ll never fix the issue. Is there a need for ordinary people to drive over 80 MPH? No but we have the freedom to choose. MOST people CHOOSE not to do that.

I find it interesting when constitution wonks skip over the “well regulated militia” part.
