Today I was told by the political director of our largest nurse's union that 5,000 medical personnel died unnecessarily in America during the Covid pandemic for no reason other than that hospitals refused to provide preventative protocols. The hospital-industrial-complex is very real.

honestly, this is still happening to date. people working in elderly care & rehabilitation units aren't even being given n95 respirator masks, while there are active covid outbreaks ravaging the unit
