SCOTUS upholds Donziger conviction. Gorsuch dissented: “Our Constitution does not tolerate what happened here.” But a corporatist Supreme Court is there to serve corporations more than to serve the Constitution. That’s why ELECTIONS MATTER.

Yea but only issue is WE cant elect our own Supreme Court but yet we can elect our judges and law directors? Seems quite unfair to me.

I believe the situation shows that elections do not matter. Both parties are corporate owned and will only nominate corporate friendly judges. I appreciate you going up against them, but elections do not stop this from happening.
