SCOTUS upholds Donziger conviction. Gorsuch dissented: “Our Constitution does not tolerate what happened here.” But a corporatist Supreme Court is there to serve corporations more than to serve the Constitution. That’s why ELECTIONS MATTER.

Elections do not matter! Corporations (which control mainstream media) convert their immense wealth into political power (by purchasing politicians) which is then converted into judicial power which, in turn, protects the corporations and government. See: supremecourt.gov/orders/cour…

When “they say” @marwilliamson is not serious - ask yourself why - she’s been speaking out about this Donziger case for years - a case that spotlights the #environmental destruction wreaked by big oil in the Amazon

The only choice we have been given is a corporate politician, or as I like to say capitalist politicians. That is exactly why elections do not matter.

Why didn’t Biden end the filibuster these last 2 years. He could have added more judges snd didn’t. Hard stuff should have been done.

Sure, ELECTIONS MATTER. But it was two Trump appointees who voted to uphold the Constitutional separation of powers to protect environmental hero Donziger from Chevron's fascist judge. The so-called "liberal" injustices appointed by Obama and Biden sided with corporate fascism.

Every justice is a corporatist. This is why elections don’t matter at this level. No candidate that is not a corporatist is ever going to win.

If you get a chance to debate him, you should ask Biden why he hasn't pardoned Donziger. This case is a travesty.

Understand the appeal argument. But he is guilty after all.
