That is false. Corporations are protected under our Constitution. If you don't like it, tough. Private property rights is a founding principle of this country.

Just as many Democrat-appointed judges voted in favor of Chevron as Republican-appointed judges did. This is a clear sign that elections do not, in fact, matter.
