SCOTUS upholds Donziger conviction. Gorsuch dissented: “Our Constitution does not tolerate what happened here.” But a corporatist Supreme Court is there to serve corporations more than to serve the Constitution. That’s why ELECTIONS MATTER.

That's why term limits for judges, referendums to let the public oust trash in robes before they end & ending immunity matter.

"Our Constitution" mean the @David_Bossie Modified US Constitution that was made back in 2010 without Hour or Senate Intervention which apparently was something Bossie and the MAGA Chuds were hoping for in a huge way to protect Millionaires & Billionaires against us.

If elections REALLY mattered, they wouldn’t be allowed. I would have “thrown my vote away” AGAIN, voting for you. If only you had run as an independent. But now, you’re just the next Bernie. I’ll never ever vote for another Dem (or Rep). The system cannot be changed from within.

The traitors working for Wall Street really unabashedly took over all 3 branches of government and aren't even trying to hide what wicked and depraved criminals they are anymore. I hope your campaign picks up because it looks like it's that or revolution at this point.
I'm not actually surprised about this ruling. I knew if the case was heard it would be because the "conservatives" wanted to uphold their own power as judges. But I still had held out more hope for the "liberal" Justices.

Is this an endorsement of Trump then? Those who dissented were Trump appointed. Absolutely disgraceful that they were the only ones.

Which President hasn't served corporations? All of our government works for capital. That's why we must end capitalism.

I think Marianne has it backwards. Elections don't matter since the USSC is appointed and not elected.
So, Joe Biden isn't a life long corporatist who's been in more pockets than an 80 year old quarter? If the Democratic Party refuses to stop rigging its own primaries, we don't really have a choice. It's two bad frogurt flavors: shit and shit with rainbow sprinkles.
