SCOTUS upholds Donziger conviction. Gorsuch dissented: “Our Constitution does not tolerate what happened here.” But a corporatist Supreme Court is there to serve corporations more than to serve the Constitution. That’s why ELECTIONS MATTER.

Marianne, both Democrats and Republicans have allowed corporations to buy control of our courts and government. Elections do matter, so when people continue to vote for neoliberal corporatist warmongers of course the system becomes corrupt & broken.

?? Genius, Kavanaugh dissented with Gorsuch. You now agree that we need more justices like Kavanaugh?

ONLY Gorsuch and Kavanaugh did the right thing here? But Corporate Democrats are so great though, right?

What the hell happened to the 3 "liberal" Justices of the Supreme Court. All three voted against Donziger. If the 3 "liberals" had voted with the 2 Republican dissenters, Donziger would have won the case with a 5-4 majority. Again, why didn't they support Donziger?

So more Trump nominees is the answer?

You Democrats don't get to use the Supreme Court argument anymore to vote blue no matter who after what Democrat judges did with this ruling and vaccine mandates. Time for you clowns to work on some new material.

Is Gorsuch trying to make up for his mother’s bad reputation as EPA Administrator under Reagan?
