Children are the biggest collateral damage in an amoral economic system. They’re not old enough to vote so they don’t form a constituency. They’re not old enough to work so they have no financial leverage. We need a massive transfer of resources in the direction of our children. marianne2024.com/issues/us-d…

This is it! “As a consequence, I would call for a massive realignment of investment in the direction of children. Every school, every library, every community, should be a place where learning, nature, the arts and all forms of sustainable living are celebrated and fostered.”

Does that include children in Palestine? Don’t we care about them too?

Includes investing in parents/guardians, too, bc kids learn from the folks they’re around the most. They are kids’ 1st & primary teachers; must ensure all folks can raise families well w/ knowledge skills money & time to do so. This is foundational.

I agree, but give the republicans a chance! Soon they’ll make it so a child of any age can work wherever they want!🤦‍♂️

Going to need that clarity. My vote hangs on it. I hope other votes do too. My children are perfect. Good parents create good adults. So, if I’m making an assumption here, idc if you’re perfect in every other way. Vote hanging on a thread.
