This country is actually sliding backwards, diminishing rather than expanding the rights of Americans. It’s unbelievable that in 2023 we’re actually having to defend child labor laws against encroachment by corporate tyrants. But we are. And we must.
Workplace law changes would make for lost, dangerous Iowa childhoods, Council Bluffs labor leaders, parents, say "The bill is about billion-dollar corporations pressuring our Legislature to allow them to exploit our children," says @Jen4IALabor theiowamercury.substack.com/…

As a progressive boomer I'm still trying to understand how we're fighting for the same civil rights as we were in the 60's. It's clear we've left a mess behind. Time for progressive leadership to usher in real and sustainable change.

All because they rather keep wages low than pay adults meaningful wages. I guess we all deserve this until we come together as a people and form a general strike but that wont ever happen because we are not One People we are many people from different countries. We are not equal

Can’t uphold the laws they have, due to protecting the predators. Slavery, human trafficking, child rape and torture are still happening today.

Yes, because people continue to "Vote Blue No Matter Who." It turns out supporting a corrupt lying racist neoliberal corporatist warmongering psychopath named Joe Biden was always a bad idea.

The country has been consistently sliding since Bill Clinton and the political duopoly. Since America is an oligarchy per Princeton’s own 2014 research study, are you willing to run exclusively as a third party candidate & completely disassociate yourself from the DNC and RNC?

If you lose Mrs. Williamson, will you tell those who believe in you to now follow and donate to multi millionaire Biden? Will you lead and not endorse the corporate candidate and tell people to vote their best interest?
