Equality of opportunity by means of inequality under the law is a system of discrimination. The only means by which the government can mandate one group be lifted is by chopping down another. That's the exact opposite of justice.

We need new labor laws and a constitutional right to Collective Bargaining. That's at the heart of Economic Democracy. Without Economic Democracy, there is no political democracy.
