People who think that they can control everything, when all these laws do is drive activities underground. It doesn't stop the activities. People can only be controlled as far as they wish to be controlled. Anyone who believes they control another is only fooling themself.

Colleges goal should be advancement in sciences and the arts, Critical thinking, and helping students become competitive in an international job market. Besides if the State writes the check, I guess it can write the rules.

Are these state taxpayer funded colleges? If so, it’s up to the voters in the State where the funds go. That is true for every state in the Union.
