There is no free college. There is tax-payer funded tuition by 3/3 of the population for the 1/3 that wants to go to college, forcing 2/3 to pay for something they will never use or benefit from. So, No. Individual decision; individual cost.

My school program includes the trades. Electricians, plumbers,truck drivers etc... Essential urgently needed trades in this great nation. I may be a "fringe candidate". I love my fellow Americans and this nation.

Now tell everyone how much more in taxes it will cost them cause we all know taxing the rich and corporations isn't going to pay for it all.
