I used to be one growing up & school was the only place I got a meal when depression/alcoholism plagued my parents after their divorce. As an adult, I try to give back in the little way that I can by providing free eggs to those around me.

I agree with you. Parents should stop smoking, drinking, paying for cable, cell phones, etc. and feed their children first. When that truly can not happen (because of true illness, true crisis) then we should most definitely help. Help doesn’t have to come from government.
