We have more than a two-tier system in the United States. We have a royalist system in the United States. The economic royalists (FDR's term) basically rule over everyone else, their undue influence enabling them to reach their corporate tentacles into every corner of our lives. From the food we eat to the water we drink to the healthcare we receive to the cost of education to the way we raise our children to how so many are shackled with debt that no one should have to carry, none of this is normal or acceptable in the richest country in the world. But absolutely, let's just keep voting for the status quo. It's working so well.... for them.

Run independent if and when you lose the primary or you're not disrupting anything.

your sentiment is correct, but our two party system, which is paid for by those billionaires, has campaign schools and candidate recruitment programs for a reason. To find those who comply with the status quo, give them platforms and funds to run, so the status quo stays

And corrupting the political system! Even in a capitalist system, the government is supposed to be for the people. Instead, due to unlimited spending being allowed to influence elections, most politicians are more concerned with pleasing wealthy people and giant corporations.

A lot of Democrats have become very cynical.Sure there are loonies on the right as well but the Democrats tend to bully anyone who dares to interfere with them.Their deliberate ignorance is causing record numbers of people to leave their party. Will you stand up to them or cave?
