Middle-of-the-road energy and policies, moving further to the right supposedly to pick up more Independents, will not beat the Republicans in 2024. It will only turn off the Democrat's most energetic base, who are seeing their lives and their futures bartered away. To win in 2024, we need the energy of a true American populism, an uprising of conscience and justice that the establishment calls "extreme" for no other reason than that it is "extremely" American - dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal, endowed by God with the alienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. What is "extreme" are the forces that have *denied* people health care, tuition-free college, free child care, a livable wage, guaranteed sick pay and family leave. Such policy positions are considered *moderate* in every other advanced democracy, and those who call them "extreme" are merely advancing the financial interests of those who would deny them to the people. Time's up. It's time for #ANewBeginning.

The key--always--in the (D) calculations is that *we have no choice*; it's the genius of the 2-party *system* that we've no where else to go, bcs "it's them or us," & they're worse." That's the entire thing, in a nutshell. 1% rule or 1% rule; war or war; ecocide or ecocide.

Abrams tried this in Georgia and failed. Warnock tried the Biden playbook in the very same state and election and won, saving US democracy and the Senate for Dems. And today, Georgia is a pretty good barometer of the US voting population. So, FYI.

As a country, our priorities should be focused on creating a more sustainable, equitable, and human-centered future. This means prioritizing green energy and public health to ensure a healthier planet and citizens. Additionally, we need to adapt capitalism to account for the impact of technological advancements and optimizations on productivity and wages, and to create a more just and sustainable economy for all. By working towards these priorities, we can build a better future for ourselves and future generations.

It's not that we're turned off, we're quite fired up, actually. We just don't want others falling into the same pit-trap year after year that causes the ratcheting to the right. Left is straight fire right now, and I love it!
