"I actually think her book A Politics of Love is excellent—it pushes the Bernie Sanders agenda, but makes an explicitly moral and emotional case for it, explaining why we shouldn’t scoff at words like love and compassion and instead should make them foundational to our politics." -@NathanJRobinson currentaffairs.org/2023/03/m…

The Democratic Party elite will rig their 2024 nomination for their chosen candidate, no matter who else runs, so the Dem primaries are a waste of energy for progressives. Let's vote in the Republican primary, to help nominate the least horrible Republican.

I just think if you were serious, you wouldn't be participating in yet another Kabuki Dem primary. And I certainly don't respect someone who endorses the establishment who just rigged the primary you lost. Seems like maybe your role is to shepherd the lefties back to the party?

Yeah what happened to that message of love. I remember the 60s, we had Jimmy in 70s. Then Ronnie said, there will be no more of this.

You’re leading supporters and their money to a rigged primary.
