No! Everyone knows there is a level of danger going to these events. The body cams showed police moving forward and giving warnings after warning. I heard a least 5. When a gang does a drive by. They don't yell out warming. This was a very sad accident.

If police warn people to move 5 or even 10 times and that person refuses, the police have a right to forcibly remove them. It does not, however, give police the right to shoot that person while they are sitting there with their hands up in the air. That does not constitute a “sad accident.”

You should be sued for making this statement. Where in the hell are you getting the idea that they just open fired on someone with their hands up without any evidence to back this up? Can I see a video of this?
