Biden had to approve this project because he (or another dem) can say that oil prices are down YoY at the time of the next election. Plus, (war-mongering) Biden needs to refill our Strategic Reserves for all the unrest he caused between the major countries.

We live in a world based on petrochemicals. To attempt a complete stop in a short time period is societal suicide. We should be held hostage by foreign governments who have oil, oil that will be consumed, and not develop our own? Your position makes no sense.
