When it comes to helping citizens with student debt, the political class is full of excuses.  When it comes to bail outs for venture capitalists at SVB, there’s no hesitancy at all. We’re simply supposed to accept that a two-tier society is normal. A quick rescue for some, a slow tortured “Maybe we can help you just a little bit” for others. That is the system we must change. #disruptthecorrupt

So you're against allowing depositors to keep their money? Wow, that's a BOLD stance to take!
It fits nicely with a two tier justice system!

Wrong comparison. Some deposited assets that they own outright in a bank in the US
Personally I believe in accountability. No business should be too big or too important to fail. Nor too small. Don’t take loans for frivolous educations with zero chance of good paying jobs to pay them back. Don’t do bad business and expect government bail outs. Bad choices.

It is our seniors that need our help!

So if they have taxpayers pay student loans, will they have taxpayers pay them every year? The loans just won’t stop being given out. Be an adult, pay your obligations. And the bailing out of SVB is wrong also.

Our two-tier society has long been normalized.
