This is a concerted effort to freeze environmental and other political activism. It’s also why elections matter. Those judges were either elected or appointed by those who were. We have simply got to show up for this moment in time.
BREAKING: Georgia judges today backed a wave of police repression by denying bail to 22 of 23 peaceful concertgoers hit with bogus "domestic terrorism" charges. State officials are mounting a coordinated attack on the Constitution in a desperate attempt to protect Cop City.

if by activism, you mean assaulting officers and destroying property, then good. They should be punished and denied bail. They should also pay for the damages.

Actually, throwing Molotov coattails at police, heavy equipment, or anything else, seems like terrorism to me.
