Cop City is, to put it bluntly, the infrastructure for a police state. Plus it is a template they are planning to recreate in other cities as well. Those who were protesting it are not criminals, they are heroes. The fact that their behavior is being criminalized, labeled domestic terrorism, is as bad as it gets. .@SenatorWarnock? @ossoff? @staceyabrams?
So far, every person arrested during Sunday night's mass arrests has been denied bond, except for the legal observer who was wearing a bright green Legal Observer hat. He had a bond set at $5k by the judge, despite even the PROSECUTOR asking for a consent bond (release w/o money)

Is this real? I cannot believe what I just read.

We need to call out Cop City for what it's intended to be... a military base. Dems & Repubs have militarized the police to a point that cops are approaching the same level as the military. #DefundThePolice #Vote3rdParty

They are criminals and belong in jail

@marwilliamson, perhaps it would be a good idea to get your facts straight and know what you're talking about before spouting off at the mouth. Cop City is a Police & Firefighter Training Facility. The protestors are insurrectionists...just like the Jan6 crowd were accused of.

Don't go too easy on these protestors/criminals. Be fair. Equal protection under the law. Are the any better/worse than some of the J6 protestors?

Are you huffing the patchouli again?

Did you miss the part where they shot a cop a month prior? Attacked police with fireworks and Molotov cocktails? So definitely would vote for you now! What a monumentally stupid move to support domestic terrorism while crying about Jan 6th over 2 years later

Oh no, you have now lost all credibility and respect. It’s actually painful for me to see it, as someone who once admired you.
