An easier, more obvious response: The status quo is unsustainable for all but the super wealthy, & no politician on either side has the courage to admit that.

I don't agree with a lot of your policies, we are on opposite ends of the spectrum. But I know you genuinely mean well, and sadly, that's more than I can say for most of the rest of the bunch.
