If the plan is killed and nothing is done about the student loan crisis, then we can expect the student loan bubble to burst as defaults soar come summer and beyond. Then down goes the economy. We could see a full on economic depression on the near horizon.

Where in the constitution does it allow the federal government to be a student loan bank? I hope SCOTUS rules all student debts null and void, then abolishes the federal student loan program all together.
