I wonder if they limited who can attend. If so, what were the criteria? I also wonder what programs were offered. Let’s be real, you probably had to have a 3.0+ and a solid SAT type test score, and you probably couldn’t take under water basket weaving.

But it wasn't "free". People were charged fees for services... The problem is gov't guaranteed loans... it's like free money to the colleges That's the reason tuition is exploding....
