That's eat and drink. In my 30s, I consumed 10 Cokes per day. That is almost 1lb per day in sugar just from Cokes. That doesn't include the rest of the sugary foods, starchy foods, and highly processed foods. By age 58, my health was in the trash. I wonder why?

I feel like we didn’t even need an expert to tell us this. It’s so obvious. Portion sizes, the addition of copious amounts of butter and sugar, hfcs, and ridiculous additives like red 3 (a known carcinogenic still being legal are all ways the American food system is broken.

This was not possible before because I didn't know that I was the #EarthMother and I didn't know how to balance my chakras. That changed on Valentine's Day this year. St Valentine is personally involved with my case in Heaven and wanted me to have these. It changed everything.
