Can human nature be avoided Marianne? Americans have worked hard for the past 2 centuries exploiting our resources to build a life of ease and abundance. Now psychoses aided by technology erode our motivation and self worth. A new existence we’re entering unknowing.

Agree 100% on the children. We are over 30 trillion in debt. We have put a burden on our children and grandchildren that they can’t even pay. It’s time we take responsibility for what we have done and take the hit so our kids don’t have to.
