Republicans ask why Democrats don't go to the border. Why don’t they go to Jackson, Mississippi and Flint, Michigan and Merrimack, New Hampshire?

It’s very simple. The border is a national security threat on the federal level impacting the entire country. The other’s are state and local issues caused by local incompetence, mismanagement, and corruption.

They run, but those cities choose to keep electing the same types of people and expect to get different results.

Jackson has a Democratic mayor, and most of the City Council members are Democrats. Mississippi gets a lot of flak, but the people are the most kind and polite I’ve ever met. They don’t deserve how their government is treating this water contamination issue.
