WW2 would not have been won without Russia. But let's read a little history. Afterwards Churchill saw Stalin for who he was and FDR took a while. The fact that Russia was pivotal to winning the war does not mean Stalin turned out to be a good guy. But I understand the sensitivity

You wrote an entire paragraph just to say ‘Russia bad.’ Nazis burned the books, Russia fought a war during U.S. unwillingness to get involved, knowing full well what was happening and while some Americans actually voiced support for Nazis.
