Decline of what, from when? I am sympathetic to the view that things are not right. However, I am unsure when you think they were right? Iraq war? 911? Cold War? Vietnam? Nuclear testing? WWII? WW1? Victorian slum cities? Colony/Empire? Mongols/Romans/Comanche. It is the species.
