Pharmaceutical companies making billions of dollars’ profit on drugs whose development was subsidized by the US taxpayer - yet is not affordable to millions of people who need it - is not righteous profit. It is institutionalized theft.

I'm not a fan of big pharma but while they are developing something for the US, they stop all the other projects and basically do one thing. Most R&D stops, and this costs them $$. If not for pharma working round the clock millions more would have died. Charging $130 seems fair.

Was it theft right away after it was taken from taxpayers? Or only after you didn't like how they used it?

Yes ... The Senate and The Congress have allowed this to happen ... and are getting kickbacks from these Companies in the form of "Political Donations"

On the upside... the Wuhan Flu Jab was free ... and you are encouraged to go back for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th helping.

Create new corp class. Distributed Profitability Corp. They operate within a 13:1 total compensation ratio. Taxed on less steep curve. Preferred status for govt contracts including grants. DPC Pharma will outcompete Bigpharma. Same for many other industries, restaurants insurance

Subsidized is too benign. Paid by U.S taxpayers then given by congress to big Pharma that’s what happens when corporate is allowed to buy your representatives

The government need to he fully involved with Healthcare, Housing and Pharmaceutical production. I am fine with business doing their own. But the government cover all the basics for the people. Lower cost of living benefits us all. #6'Elon
