It’s sad that he died, but the officers handled themselves perfectly. The initial officer did everything he could to keep the situation from escalating. Keenan’s actions forced them to subdue him as he was a threat to himself and those around him.

I’ve in the USA many times and I was never tased or at risk of being tased Do you know why? If I received some verbal police order I would have done whatever I was asked to.

He was high on cocaine after crashing his car and putting other people’s lives at risk. Scary thing is he was a teacher, drug addict teaching children.
