Even though American taxpayers paid for the development of the Moderna vaccine? That's no longer how it should work! Pay us back. YOU pay us for the loan we made you to develop this vaccine.

I'm not sure I see the value. But hey, it's a pandemic, and there's an emergency use authorization on it, so it is what it is. Maybe there needs to be a profit cap on medications with liability immunities?

@SpeakerMcCarthy @BernieSanders @DrRandPaul Congress should revoke the patents for C19 vaccine. Had Dr. Salk not refused to patent the polio vaccine, his family's fortune today would be in the 100s of billions. Favoring Big Pharma seems to me discriminatory against Dr. Salk.

Would Moderna sell the COVID vaccine at all without an immunity from legal liability provided by Congress? Would they have had a market at all without coordinated efforts to scare people?
