But this is happening in a all democrat run city. Get this in Ohio Republicans run it. And they are putting up all new electrical expansion grid and new water treatment centers and Pipes. Why you might ask? Because our Rino Governor is building the battery plant and conductors.

She's isn't. Failed bureaucratic systems have no "face" or "individual" to hold accountable. Flint was decades of failed actions by endless committees, departments, budgets, etc. She's demanding a head that doesn't even exist. It's government, a collection of thousands.
