Hopefully we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe the entire Trump MAGA thing will one day be looked at like McCarthyism, a terrible chapter we went through but one that ultimately came to an end.

Authoritarianism is never good, regardless of who it comes from. What was happening on this platform via pressure from powerful people in positions of influence in/among our federal government—due to political reasons—is the height of renewed McCarthyism.
