It's literally a smaller, cheaper B2 spirit. and by cheaper I mean it's pushing 1 billion a pop instead of 2. And that's not including the astronomical maintainance costs. That's an insane amount of money.

The US spends over $800 Billion dollars each year and about half of that goes into the pockets of Private Contractors ... "War Profiteering"... is the correct terminology!
