Guaranteed paid sick leave and paid maternity and paternity leave are functions of any sane society. There is an economic barbarism to any business model that pays its CEO tens of millions of $ but won’t let its workers stay home with the flu or when they have a newborn child.

Or a child stricken with long/short term Illness! Imagine having to WORK while your child is dying because if you don’t you won’t have medical. It’s just insanity how people buy this corporate bullshit. So proud to suffer for millionaires. #brainwashedmasses

What if you're a house painter like me with 3 employees? Do I have to give these drunks paid sick leave? Where do you draw the line?

Why do CEOs hate our children?

If top 10% of earners in corp were scraping together for Child's lunch or Grannies' insulin, I can get the impulse. But wait, they commandeer any amount they can claim w/o regard for those that did the work that made the value, wealth & their struggles w/providing for their fams.

New corp class. Distributed Profitability Corps. Operate w/in a 13:1 total compensation ratio, good money for small biz, prefered govt contract status, lower taxes. No topend, just have to bring the bottom along. DPCs would out compete megacorps. Competition stops outsized comps.
