It's all "amazing" to socialists like you who don't have to actually live under the boot of a socialist regime. All of this fluffy language won't save people when the secret police show up in the middle of the night, because they disagreed with the government.
This does absolutely nothing for those of us who actually HAVE to observe Jewish law (i.e. keep kosher, observe sabbath, avoid yichud). Some of us have no choice but to do so. It is an obligation to G-d.
All an authoritarian state has to do to get kudos from brain dead left wingers is use words they perceive as nice while they mistreat their entire population.
