If Americans were offered a genuine alternative to the neoliberal system of economics for that for the last 40 years has put corporate profits before their health and well-being, I think that they would take it.

Since its inception White, Males, who owned land, created the government, were the only ones who could hold office, and only ones allowed to vote. They crafted a great fairy tale (the declaration of independence) and started a war with England so they no longer would pay taxes.

We tried that but the Democratic Establishment kneecapped Bernie Sanders as soon as it was obvious the people wanted him. He would implement the kind of policies we need, for example to start with how about Medicare-For-All. Clearly "we can pay for it". We wasted a chance w/Biden
