All we’d have to do to create a healthy abundant economy is marshal our resources in service to people living healthy abundant lives. Right now we do it backwards. We deny people even minimum requirements for an abundant life supposedly in service to creating a better economy.

That's because the wealthy created this system entirely for themselves. "The people" are just inferiors to them that they actually rather despise, but they need cheep labor to produce ridiculous profits. The more desperate people are, the more they'll take bad, low paying jobs.

Easiest, fastest way to raise standard of living for literally everybody? Produce cheap, abundant energy. It makes everything more much more affordable. Yet politicians throughout the world want to limit energy production & keep prices as high as possible. Why?

Yes ... Everything in our lives has a price tag on it ... We pay for a place to live ... our transportation ... our food ... our healthcare ... etc ... But if we don't have the money to pay ... we suffer ... become homeless ... and eventually we die!

The reason “we do this backwards now” is that we have only two political parties, both of which are FULLY corporate controlled. Just look who currently heads the Democratic Party, a man who has spent his entire life in the service of corporate interests. This is NOT by accident:
