The only alternative is govt run. Think VA. Mimic public schools by offering free healthcare but allow folks to buy private insurance if they choose.

When I was in New Hampshire I was talking with a group of about seven women ... I then realized that five out of the seven were missing a tooth ... and the other two had discolored teeth ... Our profit based healthcare system isn't working!
