We don’t have universal health insurance because of private health insurance companies. We don’t have a green energy grid because of fossil fuel companies. We don’t have sane gun safety laws because of gun manufacturers and their lobbying arm the NRA. Corporate tyranny kills.

None of these are correct. "Universal health insurance" is government run healthcare. "Green energy" is too expensive & unreliable. You realize that the NRA is consumers joined together to protect rights similar to a labor union, right? Members even pay dues like a union.

I like the first two but the third needs refining. Our hands aren’t the problem, it’s the mind or heart that motivates them. Guns are not the problem- like our hands; it’s the heart which needs changing.

Your warmongering party promised a single-payer option and refused to deliver like they refused to codify Roe. Every Democrat is complicit.

Health insurance companies power comes from voters electing invertebrates. Fossil fuel companies power comes from voters electing invertebrates. Gun manufacturers power comes from voters electing invertebrates. Voters would rather be governed by invertebrates than Bernie Sanders.

UBI is the only thing that gives people the power to compete with corporate tyranny. The people, collectively empowered by UBI, would swiftly turn the tables on the oligarchy.

Perhaps we should “defund” lobbying. Lobbying is the means by which corporations usurp democracy. Lobbying should be ltd to an exchange of information. & not involved exchange of consideration or comfort.

We need the campaign finance reform Theodore Roosevelt advocated for 100 years ago to finally remove corporate power from controlling our government representatives Government should oversee the economy; economic actors should not control our government
"Behind the..government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this..unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day" -T Roosevelt 1/5

We don’t have any of those things bc we spend billions securing what no other western nation will pay for. Outsourced to us, under the guise of national interest, for the benefit of few, at the cost of so many.
